PM: Dashboards and Analytics Platform

We implemented the Waterfall design and delivery of responsive dashboards on Salesforce Tableau CRM, empowering a team of 400+ sales and call center representatives with real-time insights. As part of this initiative, we supervised change management efforts to seamlessly sunset legacy dashboards, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. The dashboards enabled real-time tracking of 130+ key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and overall sales performance.
