PM: Loyalty Rewards Program

We facilitated the Agile design, development, and rollout of a $3M digital loyalty program for workshops and retailers, engaging over 15,000 active users on the app. We pioneered an industry-first feature that allowed instant loyalty rewards to be transferred directly to users' bank accounts. This initiative resulted in savings of $78K in fraud detection and $40K in annual recurring OPEX.
